Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will also be provided.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.
Canada (Domestic)
- 3–7 business days
International
- 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the selected shipping service.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
StudentsLibrary offers free standard shipping on all orders. There are no shipping charges at checkout, regardless of order value or destination covered by our shipping service.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. StudentsLibrary is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
